So Keith had a dream, in which he heard a song.  He woke up, rolled to his bedside table, and immediately hummed it into his phone before he forgot it.  He then hummed it to me, and over the past few weeks, I’ve turned it into a full song.  It’s about love… sad, sad love.  I think fans of “Hidden By Blue” will feel it, even though it has a completely different vibe overall. Look for a song called “Past Tense” in our next release.

And there are 3 or 4 other songs in the works that have a powerful, pungent aroma to them (in a good way), coming sometime this year.  The quest continues…

Since Keith is still doing Kung Fu training in China at the moment, and I’m churning away on the next album in the shadows, here’s something from back in January to keep you guys awake.

Hello, what’s this? Looks like there are some friends in Ukraine who like our noise.

Спасибо за внимание!

How to play “Behind The Mask”. We get a lot of requests for tabs; I hope this works for you guys instead.

Deep into working on the next album. Five songs are in various states of progress so far. I’ll be working on these while Keith is off learning how to levitate and decimate in China.

Don’t be a’scared to join the mailing list if you want to be the first to know when the new stuff is out.

Could the bizarre ‘bagel head’ look be Japan’s most extreme beauty trend yet?

An update for those of you who have been following our little Rock Band Network tempest-in-a-teacup.

And the update is… IT’S *ON*

The fracas has directly led to new agreements with two very established, awesome authoring companies, and there is going to be more than enough Anarchy Club in RBN this year to keep dopamine squirting into everyone’s brains on an endless, psychotic feedback loop.

That Authoring Group and RockGamer Studios have been very cool and enthusiastic in reaching out to help us back on our feet, and we’re going to rise to the occasion.

Oh, and one other thing. We wrote and recorded a song this past weekend that Keith says “embodies all he loves about rock music.” I can’t stop listening to it, myself. All I can tell you right now is that it’s called “Hidden Secret Song” and it rages. I look forward to turning this beast loose upon you all.

I’m curious about how new people are finding out about the band. How’d you discover us: a friend, a website, a game, the voices in your head? Let us know in the comments. It’ll help us strategize for the release of the new album in the spring.
