Big ups to RockGamer Studios for this: “Built To Grind”, newly added to RBN today. Give it a try… we dare you.

“Built To Grind” on RBN

In other news, work on the album continues deep into the night, every night. Make room in the darkest, most recessed chamber of your heart for a new infusion…

Ladies and Gentlemen, introducing our friend and yours… Sun Wukong! Brand-new DLC now available. Please enjoy at maximum volume. Brought to you by That Authoring Group.

King Of Everything

It now has a name:

LIFE IN THE UNDERGROUND

We’ve got about 7 songs in the oven so far, in varying states of dress and readiness. Some song titles: “Here And Now Or Never”, “Motherf*****”, “Hidden Secret Song”, and “Nameless”.

Stick around for an announcement on how you can help us birth this beast in the spring…

The first of many Anarchy Club tracks that are set to appear in RBN this year. Thanks to That Authoring Group for turning this around so quickly.

Für Immer Verloren on RBN

Wszystkiego najlepszego z okazji urodzin, Bartek Mościcki! Teraz jesteś mężczyzną. Idźcie w świat i uczynić swój znak na jej temat. Dobrze żyć i grać głośno.

An update for those of you who have been following our little Rock Band Network tempest-in-a-teacup.

And the update is… IT’S *ON*

The fracas has directly led to new agreements with two very established, awesome authoring companies, and there is going to be more than enough Anarchy Club in RBN this year to keep dopamine squirting into everyone’s brains on an endless, psychotic feedback loop.

That Authoring Group and RockGamer Studios have been very cool and enthusiastic in reaching out to help us back on our feet, and we’re going to rise to the occasion.

Oh, and one other thing. We wrote and recorded a song this past weekend that Keith says “embodies all he loves about rock music.” I can’t stop listening to it, myself. All I can tell you right now is that it’s called “Hidden Secret Song” and it rages. I look forward to turning this beast loose upon you all.

I’m curious about how new people are finding out about the band. How’d you discover us: a friend, a website, a game, the voices in your head? Let us know in the comments. It’ll help us strategize for the release of the new album in the spring.

So we announced a while back that we were partnering with a Rock Band Network authoring company called Kario Charts to bring fresh Anarchy Club to RBN. I’m here today to tell you that we’ve pulled the plug on this sad, sad episode. Turns out these guys are an “authoring company” the same way I am the emperor of the planet Xirxon. (Hint: I am not the emperor of the planet Xirxon.)

I’ve decided not to post my correspondence with these guys. That would be mean. I’ll hold my fire.

Anybody who was waiting on new Anarchy Club in RBN (and I know there were more than a few of you), hang in there. We have to start over.

Dethklok said it best: sometimes one must PULL THE PLUG, PULL THE PLUG…

So Monday night we recorded Keith doing choir singing for a snippet of a movie soundtrack. It was for a revenge scene in the upcoming sure-to-be-classic “Piranha 3DD”. Unfortunately, it turns out the session we did isn’t going to be used in the movie. Meh.
